The majority of apartments in Tulsa are unfurnished with all amenities. Select units are furnished with washer and dryer or have hook-ups. If a furnished apartment is needed, we can help you with furniture rental discounts.
A customary lease term is 6 months with longer terms available. Short-term leases are available at select apartment communities with a surcharge added to the monthly rental rate.
The majority of apartment communities accept pets, typically with a 20 to 35 lb. weight limit. Select apartment communities will accept larger pets with a higher pet deposit. The typical pet deposit is $150-200 per pet with half being non-refundable.
